Our Position

ReClip is a tool that facilitates the download of publicly available content from various platforms. We do not host, store, or distribute any copyrighted material. Our service simply retrieves content that is already publicly accessible on the internet.

Important: ReClip is designed for mainstream, lawful use only. We explicitly prohibit the downloading of:

  • Pirated software, warez, or cracked applications
  • Any content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Illegal or prohibited content as defined in our Terms of Service

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our service, please notify us immediately by providing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature: A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest

within 24-48 hours

We are committed to maintaining a compliant platform and wi>l cooperate fully with copyright holders to address legitimate infringement claims promptly.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice that complies with the requirements outlined above, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of the notice
  • Review the claim and investigate the reported content
  • Take appropriate action, which may include removing access to the infringing material
  • Notify the user who posted or accessed the content, if applicable
  • Forward the notice to the relevant user, if appropriate

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted or accessed through our service was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To do so, you must provide:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address

Repeat Infringers

ReClip reserves the right to terminate access to our service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright laws, in appropriate circumstances.
